Our Founder
Meet Eean Tyson, the founder of Arc & Bloom Professional Services. Eean is a Certified Executive and Life Coach with 19 years of diverse career experience. Additionally, he is a Certified DEIB Specialist, and Certified Organizational Development Practitioner. Passionate about helping people achieve their goals, Eean embodies creativity, leadership, self-awareness, adventure, and adaptability. Known for a coaching style that is both flexible and curious, Eean is more than a coach or consultant—Eean is a thought partner, dedicated to unlocking the potential of individuals and organizations through purpose-driven coaching.
